Hello everyone i need some help, i have changed my internet to Starlink, when i am connected to the wifi in my house i can access my garage doors from the homee app but when i am out of the wifi it doesnt connect to homee app so i cannot access my garage doors is there any settings i need to change ?

The wifi name or password hasnt changed only i was using local ISP and now Starlink internet.

Can you try it from a different WLAN? Perhaps from a friend.

And which app has issues?
Webapp , iOS, android ?

Try all if possible to narrow down.
