Scheduling door openings with exceptions

Hello,

We have a door that opens automatically from Monday to Friday at 6:00, using a homeegraam and it is running well.

On certain days of the year we need the door to remain closed (for example, January 1, May 1, June 24, etc…).

How could we achieve that?

Thanks in advance

Your homeegram is in state „active“ (nothing from your side to add, that is the standard).

You can set the homeegram to „inactive“ -it will be greyed out and the trigger (6am from Mo-Fr) will not start the homeegram.

This can be achieved manually (toggle the button to inactive the day before and to active before the next normal execution of the homeegram) OR automatically: You write a new homeegram:

Trigger:
On January 1st, 5am AND on May 1st, 5am, AND on June 24th, 5am

Actions:
Set homeegram (door opening) to inactive
and
Set homeegram (door opening) to active after 3 hours

You can add/remove days by editing this homeegram.

The door opening homeegram must only be set to inactive at 6am → so in my example, it is inactive from 5am to 8am. You can adjust this timing.

Hi Wildsparrow,

We created a new homeegramm with this configuration:

Trigger: on October 12th at 5:00 am

Actions:
Set homeegramm (door opening) to inactive
and
Set homeegramm (door opening) to active after 3 hours

We will check it and let you know if it works as expected.

Many thanks for your help!
