Noch nicht umgesetzt ist die Einbindung in die Smart-Home-Umgebungen von Apple und Google. Den Start-up-Gründern zufolge sollen diese Schnittstellen aber bis Ende des Jahres abgesegnet werden. Bereits im Beta-Stadium verfügbar ist die Nutzung der Leuchte über Amazons Alexa. Um die Beleuchtung eines Raumes schnell und komfortabel zu ändern, erscheint Sprachsteuerung in der Tat als vielversprechendes Konzept.
Daher bin ich der Meinung, dass es auch für homee interessant wäre, hier bei den Entwicklern nachzufragen, ob man eine API bekommen kann.
Eine öffentliche API habe ich auch nicht gefunden, aber so von StartUp zu StartUp könnten die homees dort vielleicht mal nachfragen, ob sie eine API bekommen können.
We reached €200.000 ($220,000) before the end of the campaign! We will therefore implement Dynamic Light Scenes . These are scenes where the light setting of FLUXO changes in an “animated way” over time. For example:
sunrise for a perfect start into the morning
sunset for a relaxing end of the day
daylight following the color of the natural light during the day
party mode with changing colors of indirect light
… and many more. If you have ideas for what kind of dynamic light scene you would like to have, let us know! We will collect the ideas and implement the most wanted scenes.
Stretch Goal #2
If we reach €400.000 ($440,000) before the end of the campaign, we will develop a FLUXO Software Developer Kit for the Arduino and Raspberry PI platforms. This Developer Kit will consist of the following resources:
Software libraries for the FLUXO Bluetooth LE protocol
Example code for different use cases on how to use the libraries
Reference design for connecting recommended Bluetooth LE modules / USB dongles
Tutorials to get you started quickly
Developer page where all required resources can be found
Community forum to exchange ideas and projects
We hope to enable the community to create amazing things using FLUXO’s technology. This can include things like ambient light following TV colors, Z-wave/FLUXO bridges, or many other things.
Wie es aussieht, wird die Lampe via Bluetooth LE gesteuert. Man bräuchte also eine Bridge auf z.B. Homeeanbasis, dann könnte man sie evtl. via Webhooks anbinden.

System Integration
FLUXO is a truly smart lamp by itself and does not require additional devices such as hubs or switches. Nevertheless, we want it to be able to communicate with other smart home products and are therefore working on integrating FLUXO into 3rd party smart home systems. Our initial set of systems that FLUXO will be able to communicate with “out of the box” is: Homey, Guh.IO and openHAB. Several others are already planned and will be announced in the upcoming months.
