Op smartphone android en IOS zien de het wifi netwerk wel.

nemen we Hormann homee mee naar de zaak functioneert deze prima.

Wat kan het probleem op locatie met de koppeling zijn?

Dus de wifi provider van de Orbi is geen 2.4?

Ehrm, you said you moved the homee - is the SSID (network name) the same at the new place? If not you will have to do a network reset.

Edit: I removed the picture - the QRCode shows the Unique ID of your homee, you do not want to show this in public.

Is the SSID name the same for your router and Orbi Repeater?
Is the SSID of the Orbi visible?
