Hi all

I hope it’s okay that I write in English -

I just bought Hörmann homee Brain to use with my gate opener „Hörmann RotaMatic“.
However i’ve not been abel to connect the RotaMatic in homee as a new device. I use remote control „HSM4“ (blue buttons with 868 mhz).

RotaMatic is listed in homee, but i wonder if the 868mhz signal is not supported? Can you guys help how i can proceed?

How close is the homee to the gateopener ? can you bring really close for testing?
And of course your gateopener needs to talk Hörmann „bisecur“, (nothing else) and should not be too old… Otherwise a firmware upgrade maybe needed…
